What type of events can you accommodate?

Each event can be catered to the design and wants of the renter.

We offer our premier contemporary art gallery for private viewing as well as our 42’ x 16’ outdoor garden space.

Some types of events we host include (but not limited to):

  • Artist meet & greets
  • Featured Artists themed cocktail evenings
  • Live painting cocktail networking events
  • Day time Snack & Paint small classes
  • Private fundraiser cocktail parties

**Please note that all events include small group guided tours of the art space as well as event specific pricing specials on all art & framing purchases**

What is included in the space rental?

Included: Six 2ft diameter outdoor high top cocktail tables, 2 portable outdoor bar tables, small refrigerator (for chilling beverages), 2 outdoor propane heating lamps, 150 feet of lighting, indoor restroom with essentials, street-level easy loading in and out, on-site parking.

How much does it cost to rent your space?

The pricing terms are contingent upon the approval of Cambridge Gallery and can be adjusted to use and intent.

For artist events, we work one on one with the artist and operate on a sliding scale according to terms that benefit both the gallery and artist.

For private events/parties/networking, the cost to rent our space is as follows:

  • $200 for a 2-hour block during the work day, Monday-Friday between 10am and 4pm
  • $300 for a 2-hour block Monday-Friday between the hours of 6pm – 10pm
  • $350 for a 3-hour block Monday-Friday between the hours of 6pm and 10pm
  • $500 for 3-hour block Saturday evenings

**Additional add-ons such as Gallery provided food or beverage and/or entertainment are subject to additional charges. 

How do I take a tour? 

Contact us! We are able to accommodate tours of the gallery and patio Monday-Saturday between the hours of 10am – 6pm. We can also provide virtual tours. Email: robbi@cfagallery.com

How do I book my event date and session?

Once we have agreed to a date, purpose and time for event, in order to reserve space, you must complete the following:

  1. Contract signed & returned to Cambridge Gallery either in person or via email to robbi@cfagallery.com
  2. Deposit paid, when applicable
  3. Photo copy of renter’s government issued ID provided
  4. Proof of Insurance (no later than 3 days prior to event) from all applicable food & beverage vendors
  5. Signed & returned Covid-19 Cambridge Gallery protocol & waiver

Can we bring alcohol, hire caterers, or a D.J?

 Absolutely! However, all catering and alcohol vendors MUST submit a proof of insurance & license (when applicable) no later than 3 days prior to the event. Cambridge Gallery has the right to cancel any scheduled event that cannot comply with this request and deposits are subject to forfeiture. 

DJs or live musicians may be hired under the discretion and permission of Cambridge Gallery in accordance with local noise regulations and restrictions.

Will a representative from Cambridge Gallery be on-site?

Yes. Due to the nature of our venue and the items we have on view in our gallery, either our Director of Events and/or an Owner will be on site for the duration of the event.

How many attendees can the venue seat?

(Please note that given the evolving situation with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Cambridge Gallery has the right to amend our capacity restrictions at any time).

In our garden:

For standing cocktail receptions using high-boy tables, we recommend no more than 30-40 guests. For occasions using sit-down bistro tables, we recommend no more than 30 guests.

In our gallery:

At a given time, no more than 12 people may be in the gallery at once.

Is there parking?

 Yes. We have limited parking in our back and adjacent lot. Additionally, there is street parking available as well as in the adjacent train station parking lot.

Do we need to wear masks? What is your Covid-19 policy?

While in the gallery, regardless of vaccination status, all guests must wear a mask and maintain appropriate social distancing. This is in accordance with current and updated CDC recommendations. (Updated 08/2021)

While in our outdoor garden patio, masks are advised but are not required.

Cancellations Policy?

Grace period:

All bookings are subject to a grace period policy which provides a full refund for bookings canceled within 48 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation
